Return/Cancellation Policy

Our refund and returns policy last upto 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Opened and used items cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Rackets: Manufacturer plastic wrap on the handle does not tamper, all stickers and tags are still in place as it was when new, must include an original cover. If the racket was ordered to be strung by, it is considered a customized racket and is not eligible for return or exchange. If the racket was ordered to be unstrung but was strung by a third party, the racket is considered used and not eligible for return. Rackets pre-strung from the manufacturer are eligible for return if the manufacturer’s plastic wrap is still intact with the handle and strings must show no sign of wear and tear or usage.
  • Bulk orders of 10+ tubes are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs (from the receipt)  if being returned.
  • Shoes must be unworn with all tags attached and in the original box,
  • We will not accept shoes with clear dirt marks,
  • If Shoe Box is returned damaged subject to a 30% restocking fee



  • All rackets purchased from have a 3-month manufacture warranty from the day that it was purchased.  
  • This warranty covers Manufacturer defects only and does not cover accidental damage. As such, it is NOT 100% guaranteed that a claim will yield a new Racket. For situations where Yonex, Victor, Li-Ning, decides that a racket has a Manufacturer defect, the company will provide a new racket (frame only). 
  • Please do not cut the string as this voids all warranties.  
  • This process usually takes approximately 8-10 weeks.

***Racquets strung ABOVE the recommended tension of the racquet will void the warranty. ***

Yonex Badminton racquets are guaranteed for 3 months and Yonex Badminton Shoes are guaranteed for 3 months from the date of consumer purchase against manufacturers’ defects in materials and workmanship only.

The above warranty does not apply to string breakage or to racquet breakage caused by intentional or inadvertent misuse as determined by Yonex .

Replacement racquets do not qualify for an additional warranty.

The above guarantee covers the replacement of the racket frame only. Stringing will be an extra charge.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Please note 10% restocking fee and shipping costs will be charged for all return orders. Charges are made due to credit card fees, handling time, package materials, etc. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We can only be accepted for items that remain in the new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact. Any items showing signs of usage or opened packaging will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
