Return Policy

Please read our return policy carefully as certain restrictions apply.
  • Shuttlecocks can be returned within 10 days of the invoice date as long as they are unused.
  • Opened tubes of shuttlecocks cannot be returned.
  • The customer is responsible for all the shipping costs, both ways.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@Store1688.com.  Please note Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is received, the refund will be applied back to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed. Please note, Depending on your credit card or bank, it may take 2-10 business days to be credited to your account.
Service providers charge us a 4% service fee when an order is created. The 4%  service fee can’t be waived even if the order is canceled. One way to avoid the 4% service fee on returned products is via Zelle or Venmo.

Cancel an order

International Order

Please email us first for all international orders. The shipping price quote calculated by our online store only applies to domestic deliveries within the U.S. only.
