How to Use the Automatic Start Wrist Strengthening Ball

  1. Press and Release: Begin by applying pressure toward the arrow on the ball, gradually pressing until you can no longer push it further. Once you feel resistance, release the pressure and hold the ball in your palm.
  2. Activate the Ball: Gently press with your thumbs on the center of the ball, pushing toward the arrow. Push until you feel strong resistance and the center of the ball stops moving. Quickly release the ball and allow the ball to start rotating in your hand.
