  • Returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is unused and in its original condition
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • All return orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or used items
  • Gift cards, software, health products, flammable items, etc.

Custom Sports Flooring:

  • Non-returnable unless damaged during transit
  • Must be reported within 24 hours with photos

Racket Return Rules:

  • Unopened items are returnable
  • Rackets that are strung or unboxed cannot be returned

Shoe Returns:

  • Must be unworn, with tags attached, and in the original box
  • We do not accept shoes with visible dirt marks
  • If the shoe box is returned damaged, a 30% restocking fee applies

 4. Warranty Policy

Rackets come with a 3-month manufacturer warranty (not covering accidental damage):

  • Do not cut the strings, as it voids the warranty
  • The warranty is decided by the manufacturer (Yonex/Victor/Li-Ning)
  • Return only for a racket frame replacement (no strings)

5. Refund & Exchange

  • Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed
  • Refunds may take 2–10 business days, depending on your bank
  • Exchanges are accepted for new, unused items with original packaging

 6. Order Cancellations

  • All canceled orders are subject to a 4% restocking fee
  • This fee is non-waivable, as it’s charged by payment providers
  • You may use Zelle or Venmo to avoid the 4% service fee on refunds

 7. International Orders

Please contact us before placing an international order for shipping quotes.

 8. Security

We use 128-bit SSL encryption for secure credit card processing. Your payment information is not stored after processing.

9. Pre-order items return Policy

Pre-orders can be canceled unconditionally at any time before shipping. Any prepaid amount will be refunded using the same payment method. Please note that if paid by credit card, a 4% transaction fee may be deducted by the payment platform.

To avoid this fee, we recommend using ACH, Zelle, or other bank transfer methods when placing your pre-order.

  • All pre-order items are shipped within 60–90 days, usually once per quarter.

  • In case of stock-out or production delay, we will notify you and provide options:

    • Full refund

    • Convert to store credit with a bonus gift

    • Delayed shipping with a bonus item

10. K&L Racket Warranty Policy

At K&L, we are committed to providing high-quality products backed by responsible after-sales support. As rackets are consumable items subject to wear and tear, we offer the following limited warranty coverage:

 Warranty Period & Coverage:

  • Each K&L racket is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Within the warranty period, if the racket suffers from non-human, non-impact-related structural damage, customers may request a replacement free of charge (up to two times per racket).

  • Each racket is eligible for a maximum of 2 replacements within the warranty period.

 Replacement Service Fee:

  • A $35 handling fee applies to each replacement request. This fee does not include restringing service.

  • Customers are required to return the damaged racket to our facility for inspection. All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 Additional Terms:

  • Replacement rackets may vary slightly in color, model, or design due to production updates or availability. K&L reserves the right to provide a replacement of equivalent value and performance.

  • The warranty does not cover:

    • Damage caused by improper use, impact, abuse, exposure to extreme conditions, or moisture

    • Products modified or altered by unauthorized third parties

    • Purchases made through non-authorized channels

    • Any request made after the 1-year period or beyond the 2 allowed replacements
